2. Order Processing

Order processing times vary by product type:

  • Digital Products (eBooks): Processed immediately upon completed payment
  • Physical Books (In-Stock): Processed within 1-2 business days
  • Physical Books (Print-on-Demand): Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Merchandise & Other Items: Processed within 1-3 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may not begin processing until the following business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email contains:

Shipping timeframes represent estimated transit times once your order has been processed and shipped. Total delivery time includes both processing and transit times.

  • The eBook will be added to your Xilvora Ink library in your account

  • Download links remain active for 7 days after purchase

Each eBook purchase includes up to 5 download attempts. If you need additional downloads, please contact our customer support team.

8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • You can cancel pre-orders at any time before they ship

  • Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available
  • You'll receive an estimated availability date when placing a backorder
  • Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships
  • You may cancel a backorder at any time before it ships

8.3 Partial Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, we may ship available items first and backordered items separately at no additional shipping cost. You'll only be charged for shipping once per order, regardless of how many partial shipments are required.

9. Missing or Damaged Items

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes may be possible if your order hasn't entered the shipping phase. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes using USPS services. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses for military personnel, though these shipments may take longer than standard domestic deliveries. Express shipping options are not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Why is my tracking number not showing any updates?

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after your shipping confirmation is sent. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

How do I download my eBook after purchase?

After purchasing an eBook, you'll receive an email with download instructions. You can also log into your Xilvora Ink account, go to "My Library," and download your eBooks directly from there. If you're having trouble, please check our Digital Product Help Center or contact customer support.
