As an innovative publishing startup, we've designed our eBook publishing program to offer authors maximum flexibility, competitive royalties, and professional support—all while keeping the process straightforward and transparent.
These terms govern the relationship between authors and Xilvora Ink for eBook publishing. They are intended to be read in conjunction with the specific Publishing Agreement you'll receive upon manuscript acceptance.

While we will professionally format your eBook, initial submissions should follow these basic guidelines:
We aim to review all submissions within 4-6 weeks. You will receive an email notification of our decision, along with next steps if your manuscript is selected for publication.
Please note that due to high submission volumes, we cannot provide personalized feedback on rejected manuscripts. Multiple submissions of the same manuscript within a 6-month period are discouraged.
When publishing with Xilvora Ink, you grant us:
As the author, you retain:
Our standard publishing term is 3 years from the date of publication, automatically renewable for 1-year periods unless terminated by either party with 60 days' notice before the end of the current term.
Our non-exclusive approach means you can maintain existing publishing arrangements (subject to your other agreements) or pursue new opportunities while working with us. This differs significantly from traditional publishers who typically require exclusive rights.
Xilvora Ink offers some of the most competitive royalty rates in the industry:
Net revenue is defined as the amount received by Xilvora Ink after retailer discounts and transaction fees are deducted from the list price.
For an eBook priced at $9.99 sold through a major retailer that takes a 30% commission:
Royalty payments are processed as follows:
Authors are responsible for any applicable taxes on royalty income. For US authors, we will issue a 1099 form for annual earnings exceeding $600. International authors may need to provide appropriate tax documentation based on their country of residence.
