Dr. Rani Sarode, M.A., Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy in English Literature), has more than 18 years of rich teaching experience in reputed colleges and universities. She is an expert in teaching university and college-level curricula and is highly proficient in both English and Hindi, holding multiple certificates of merit. She has published several research papers at national and international levels in reputed seminars and conferences. Over the years, she has developed various innovative teaching methodologies aimed at improving classroom participation and enhancing students’ academic performance. Currently, she is working as an Associate Professor at Sandip University, serving as a Research Supervisor, an active IQAC committee member, a BOS member, and a faculty member for the English subject in the School of Computer Science & Engineering. She also contributes as a reviewer for international journals, and remains deeply committed to student growth, academic excellence, and research-driven teaching.
